Abhinav has been in President and COO roles leading large, multi-site businesses in healthcare and consumer services. A proven growth leader, he has successfully driven transformations, enhanced P&L performance, and built value through M&A, digital innovation, and new builds. Previously, Abhinav served as Group President at BAYADA, as enterprise chief operating officer of Aspen Dental (now The Aspen Group) and as enterprise Chief Operating Officer for True Value Company. With a people-centric, mission-driven leadership style, he has overseen 50+ acquisitions totaling $30B+. Outside of work, Abhinav is a proud new father and enjoys spending time with his growing family.

Dr. Chad Deal is a highly skilled and dedicated cosmetic surgeon, certified by the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery, the American Board of Facial Cosmetic Surgery, and the American Board of Surgery. With over 4,800 procedures performed, he is renowned for his expertise in Brazilian Butt Lifts and Breast Lifts. Dr. Deal has been recognized as one of the best cosmetic surgeons in Chattanooga, earning awards such as the Best Cosmetic Surgeon and Patient's Choice Award. He also mentors surgeons worldwide through Southern Surgical Arts’ Fellowship Program. Outside of surgery, he enjoys spending time with his two sons, traveling with his girlfriend, Camille, and relaxing on his yacht.

Rebecca McMahon is a seasoned business leader and beauty industry innovator with over 20 years of experience in various operations roles, including her tenure as a Global Sourcing & Purchasing Executive at Rolls Royce and as a Project Executive at Alstom Power (now GE Power). Her expertise in strategic decision-making, leadership, and innovation has led to success in diverse industries, from nuclear engineering to business. As President and CEO of Southern Surgical Arts, Rebecca blends precision with artistry to create transformative experiences for clients. In 2020, she co-founded Southern Surgical Arts Beauty Bar Medspas, expanding across multiple locations. Rebecca is passionate about empowering individuals through beauty and fostering long-term patient-provider relationships. When she isn't working, Rebecca loves to spend time with her family and her furry friends.

Jill Cole is an experienced human resources leader with over 25 years in HR and human capital initiatives for healthcare and other rapidly growing organizations. Her expertise includes acquisitions, multi-location management, strategic planning, and employee relations. Jill has a strong track record of leading organizational change and aligning business growth with company goals. Holding a Master’s in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, she has held leadership roles at companies like Oncor Electrical Delivery and Platinum Dermatology Partners, where she managed a workforce of over 9,000 employees. Jill is also passionate about community service, particularly helping military members transition into the workforce. She lives in Prosper, TX with her family.

As a former Naval Medical Service Corps Officer, Angela embodies a commitment to service, teamwork, and mission-driven leadership, fostering collaboration and operational excellence. Her ability to drive efficiency and innovation continues to make a lasting impact across organizations.

Joseph Bastow has extensive experience leading sales and marketing teams, driving growth across various industries. A proven leader, he has successfully reduced costs and consistently increased sales through innovative digital marketing strategies. Previously, Joe served as Director of Social Media and Marketing at Southern Surgical Arts and beauty Bar medspa. He has led the growth of social media accounts to millions of followers, boosting sales and conversions for small, medium, and large-scale businesses. He attended college at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. With a strong background in digital media and marketing, Joe combines creativity with data-driven strategies to deliver impactful results. He enjoys traveling with his fiancee and spending time with his family and dog when not working.

Gabriel Envani brings extensive healthcare finance and strategy expertise to Foundation MedAesthetics, with experience across optometry, ophthalmology, dermatology, plastic surgery, and med spas. Before joining the team, he was the Director of Corporate Development at Skin & Aesthetic Centers of America, where he focused on driving growth. Gabriel graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas in 2020. His strong accounting foundation and strategic experience help him solve complex problems and foster growth. Outside of work, Gabriel enjoys working on his 1976 Corvette Stingray, refining his private pilot skills, and walking his German Shepherd in his Dallas neighborhood.

Ann Thompson is a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Emergency Room Nurse Practitioner with nearly 20 years of medical experience, including 10 years in aesthetic medicine. As the owner of one of the largest concierge medspas in the U.S., she has built a strong reputation for innovation and excellence in the field. Ann also serves as the Director of Medspa Training and Development at Foundation MedAesthetics, where she leads initiatives to create a national network of medspas focused on patient-centered care and best practices. Her leadership aims to elevate industry standards and inspire collaboration among aesthetic providers to deliver top-tier patient care.
